- 14 days from enrolment, full refund if you have NOT accessed any training materials. The moment you log into the platform or open a module, the refund window closes.
- £300 cancellation fee, applies only if we approve a cancellation outside the 14-day window. We don't guarantee approval.
- Holding fees are non-refundable, if you reserve a programme spot with a holding fee, that fee is not returned.
- Failing the exam, does not entitle you to a refund. You can pay £145 for three additional attempts.
- Full terms: read them in full before enrolling. If anything is unclear, call us before paying.
