1. About Us

The term “Swiss Training House”, “we”, or “us” refers to SRH Corp Limited (Company Number 16330051), a private limited company registered in England and Wales, trading under the name “Swiss Training House”. Our registered office is at Unit 29, Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Horndean, Waterlooville, PO8 0BT, United Kingdom.

The term “you” refers to the user, visitor, or student of our website and programmes.

Our services include the provision of training courses, career development support, and internships/work placements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, materials, and training resources are the property of Swiss Training House © 2026.

Copying, reproducing, redistributing, or using our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Materials may be downloaded or printed for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Access to Our Site

Access is granted on a temporary basis and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

We are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or service interruption.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Enrolment & Training Programme Agreement

Enrolment is subject to application, acceptance, and availability.

Once enrolled, you will receive access to training materials and programme resources.

Programme Structure & Progression

The programme is delivered in sequential stages. Progression is conditional upon successful completion of each stage.

The stages are as follows:

  1. Training Stage – Access to course materials, modules, and learning content
  2. Assessment Stage – Completion and passing of the final assessment (exam), which forms part of the training stage
  3. Work Placement Stage – Minimum 12-week work experience placement (remote or in-person)
  4. Career Support Stage – CV, cover letter, interview preparation, and references

Progression to the work placement stage is strictly subject to successful completion of the training stage, including passing the final assessment (exam).

Students who do not complete or pass the required assessment will not be eligible to proceed to the placement stage.

➡ Failure to complete any stage of the programme does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments

Course fees must be paid in full or via an agreed instalment plan before access is granted.

Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in suspension of services.

Refunds

Refunds are only available within 14 days of enrolment and only if course materials have not been accessed.

Once any training material, platform access, or course content has been accessed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

Enrolments are strictly non-cancellable.

If, at our sole discretion, a cancellation is approved, a £300 cancellation fee will apply.

Holding Fee Policy

If a holding fee is paid to reserve a place on a programme, this fee is strictly non-refundable.

Once a place has been secured, it cannot be reallocated, and the holding fee will not be returned under any circumstances.

Assessment (Exam) Requirements

The programme includes one (1) free exam attempt.

The exam is a mandatory component of the training stage and must be completed and passed in order to progress to the work placement stage.

Additional exam attempts are optional and available at an additional cost:

  • £145 for three additional attempts
  • £145 fast-track option (earlier booking availability)

The availability of paid exam options is an optional administrative service and does not affect the inclusion of the free exam attempt.

➡ Failure to pass the exam does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund under any circumstances.

Late Payments

Missed instalments may incur a £35 late fee.

Access to training, exams, or placement services may be suspended until payment is brought up to date.

Debt Recovery & Collection Costs

If payments are not made as agreed, Swiss Training House reserves the right to refer outstanding balances to a debt recovery agency or legal representative.

You agree that:

  • Any recovery costs (including legal fees, collection fees, or administrative charges) may be added to your balance
  • Continued non-payment may result in formal recovery proceedings and may impact your credit status
  • Access to services may be suspended or terminated until full payment is received

6. Work Placement Terms

Work placements are provided for experience purposes only and are unpaid.

Placements may be remote or in-person depending on availability.

Placement Eligibility

Work placements are only arranged once a student has successfully completed the training and assessment stages.

Swiss Training House does not guarantee immediate placement upon enrolment.

Placement start dates are subject to availability, scheduling, and third-party provider capacity.

If a physical placement is not available, a remote placement will be provided.

Students must provide two references before placement begins.

Absences exceeding two consecutive weeks without approval may result in termination of the placement.

Swiss Training House is not liable for any third-party or employer-related costs.

7. Career Support

Career support is provided only after successful completion of the work placement stage.

This includes:

  • CV preparation
  • Cover letter support
  • Interview preparation
  • Professional references

We do not guarantee job placement, employment, or salary outcomes.

8. Code of Conduct

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Treat staff, trainers, and other students with respect
  • Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or dishonest conduct
  • Follow all policies relating to behaviour, equality, and professionalism

➡ Breach of conduct may result in termination of enrolment without refund.

For the avoidance of doubt, dishonest, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or reputationally damaging conduct, whether directed privately or published publicly, may be treated as a serious breach of conduct.

9. Public Statements, Reviews, Defamation and Reputation

Students are entitled to provide honest, lawful, and factually accurate feedback about their experience with Swiss Training House.

However, by enrolling on a programme, you agree that you must not publish, post, share, submit, or communicate any false, misleading, malicious, defamatory, or damaging statement about Swiss Training House, its staff, trainers, directors, placement providers, partner companies, services, training programmes, exams, work placements, or business operations.

This includes, but is not limited to, statements made on:

  • online forums;
  • review websites;
  • social media platforms;
  • messaging groups;
  • public comment sections;
  • blogs;
  • video platforms; or
  • any other public or semi-public platform.

You must not make or publish allegations that Swiss Training House is a “scam”, fraudulent, dishonest, unlawful, or acting in bad faith unless such allegations are true, factually accurate, and supported by evidence.

Where you have a genuine concern, complaint, or dispute, you agree to raise this with Swiss Training House directly first using the company’s official contact details or complaints process, so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed properly.

Publishing false, misleading, or defamatory statements may cause serious harm to the reputation, goodwill, commercial interests, and business operations of Swiss Training House. Where such conduct occurs, Swiss Training House reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • requesting immediate removal, correction, or retraction of the statement;
  • suspending access to training materials, exams, work placements, or career support services;
  • terminating enrolment without refund;
  • reporting the content to the relevant website, platform, or forum operator;
  • seeking recovery of losses, costs, legal fees, administrative fees, or damages caused by the statement; and/or
  • commencing legal proceedings where appropriate.

Nothing in this clause prevents a student from exercising any statutory rights, making a genuine complaint, contacting a regulator, seeking legal advice, or publishing an honest opinion based on accurate facts. However, false statements, malicious allegations, or misleading public claims may be treated as a serious breach of these Terms of Use.

10. Understanding of Programme Structure

By enrolling, you confirm that you understand and accept that:

  • The programme is a structured training programme, not a direct job placement service
  • The work placement is conditional upon completion of the training stage, including passing the required assessment
  • The programme is delivered in stages and must be completed sequentially

No verbal statements, marketing materials, or third-party communications override the structure outlined in these Terms of Use.

➡ Any misunderstanding of the programme structure does not constitute grounds for a refund.

11. No Guarantee of Results

We provide training and career support but make no guarantees regarding:

  • Employment
  • Salary outcomes
  • Job offers

Success depends on your performance, effort, and external market conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or goodwill
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme.

We are not responsible for actions of third parties, including employers or placement providers.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Swiss Training House, its directors, staff, trainers, agents, contractors, placement providers, and partner organisations harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, legal fees, administrative fees, or expenses arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms of Use;
  • misuse of our services, website, training platform, materials, or programme resources;
  • dishonest, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful conduct;
  • false, misleading, malicious, or damaging statements made by you about Swiss Training House, its staff, trainers, services, programmes, exams, placements, or business operations;
  • any content, comment, review, post, or public statement published by you that causes or is likely to cause reputational, commercial, or financial harm to Swiss Training House.

This clause survives termination, cancellation, completion, or expiry of your enrolment.
