Welcome to Swiss Training House. By accessing or using this website or enrolling in our training programmes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (together with our Privacy Policy). These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Swiss Training House.

1. About Us

• The term “Swiss Training House”, “we”, or “us” refers to the provider of training and career support services.

• The term “you” refers to the user, visitor, or student of our website and programmes.

• Our services include the provision of training courses, career development support, and internships/placements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website content, materials, and training resources are the property of Swiss Training House © 2025.

• Copying, reproducing, redistributing, or using our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Materials may be downloaded/printed for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Access to Our Site

• Access is granted on a temporary basis and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

• We are not liable for downtime or service interruption.

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and confidential.

4. Enrolment & Training Programme Agreement

• Enrolment is subject to application and availability.

• Once enrolled, you gain access to course materials.

• The programme includes:

  1. Training – study and assessments.

  2. Work Experience – minimum 12-week placement (remote or in-person).

  3. Career Support – CV, cover letter, and reference assistance.

➡ Failure to complete all three steps does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Fees must be paid in full or via an agreed instalment plan before access is granted.

• Refunds: available only within 14 days of enrolment and only if course materials have not been accessed.

• Cancellations: Enrolments are strictly non-cancellable. If, at our sole discretion, a cancellation is granted, you will remain liable for a £300 cancellation charge, which will be deducted from any refund issued.

• Exam Fees: One free exam attempt included. Three additional attempts cost £129.

• Late Payments: Missed instalments incur a £35 late fee. Access may be suspended until payment is made.

6. Work Placement Terms

• Placements are unpaid and for experience only.

• If a physical placement cannot be secured, remote work experience will be offered.

• Two references are required before a placement begins.

• Absences of more than two weeks (without authorisation) will terminate the placement.

• We are not liable for third-party or employer-related costs.

7. Career Support

• Career support is provided after successful completion of the work placement.

• Includes CV support, cover letter preparation, and professional references.

• Guidance does not guarantee employment.

8. Code of Conduct

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Show respect to staff, trainers, and other students.

• Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or dishonest conduct.

• Follow our equality, diversity, and student behaviour policies.

➡ Violations may result in termination of enrolment without refund.

9. No Guarantee of Results

• We provide training and support but make no guarantees regarding salary increases, employment outcomes, or job offers. Success depends on your effort, employer requirements, and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • loss of income, profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill,

  • or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability is capped at the total amount you paid for the programme.

• We are not responsible for third-party actions (e.g., employers, placement providers, trainers).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Swiss Training House, its staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these terms.

12. Links

• You may link to our homepage fairly and legally, without implying endorsement.

• We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time.

• We are not responsible for third-party website content.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

• We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You confirm all personal data provided is accurate.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid.

15. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be addressed through mediation.

• If unresolved, disputes will proceed to arbitration before litigation.

16. Non-Transferability

Your enrolment and associated rights/obligations are personal to you and may not be transferred without our prior written consent.

17. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic)

• War, terrorism, riots, or civil disorder

• Government restrictions or regulations

• Cyber-attacks, IT or telecom failures

• Labour strikes or industrial disputes

➡ In such events, we will take reasonable steps to resume services but are not responsible for resulting losses or disruptions.
